My son’s first surgery

Last Friday my son had his first surgery, the Tonsils have been removed.

As he had to fast, I stayed up one hour earlier as he, to have my coffee. At 7 am we where at the St. Anna Kinderspital. To make it short – I hope that I do not need to accompany my son again. It was horrible to see him fade away and it was even more shocking to see him come out from anaesthesia.

We could leave the hospital in the early afternoon.

Now it’s history. Thanks!

TOP 25 Most Dangerous Programming Errors

You write code?

You read all those fancy architecture, patterns, object, framework, whatever books. Stop it.

If you are a responsible developer go read this: SANS Institute - CWE/SANS TOP 25 Most Dangerous Programming Errors

Then you can continue with the fancy books. :-)

Hotel Room 404

Everyone knows people who are some kind of superstitious. However, I do not care about black cats, the number 13 or what ever.

I just had a good laugh when I received the key for my hotel room.

And for a superstitious (web) developer - this must be the worst room to stay :-)

Sitecore getting back to standard?

So you changed the value of a field and want to revert to standard? Thats even more important if you did some layout changes, but need to get back to the template's standard?

Go to the Versions tab, there you will find the "Reset" button.

It saved my day!
